a spin on an old classic

 First off, look at this strawberry it is beautiful!

Ah, the grilled cheese. One of my personal favorites, but especially enjoyed on cold winter days. With the temperatures below zero and the windchill in the negative twenties, I needed to resort back to an old classic for some comfort. I made this one with french bread slices and brie. I added sliced strawberries on top to add color and flavor. In hindsight, I wish I would have coated them lightly in honey or agave nectar and layered them between slices of brie. My hindsight really just gives me options for future cooking ventures.
