Cream Cheese Green Chili Pinwheels
I'll be honest, I've lost my inspiration to blog. A large part of it could be that I gave up my best friends for Lent-- Micheal's and Joann's. Another part of it could be that I am overworked and too exhausted to blog when I get home. However, my inspiration is coming back and I hope you are ready for a ton of recipes and whatever I can create from the current supply in my craft room!
I made these pinwheels for the Super Bowl and I have been craving them ever since!
Here's what you need:
- Crescent Rolls
- Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
- Canned Green Chili
First, roll out your Crescent rolls, with two triangles together roll them into squares.
Spread the cream cheese and green chili on the squares evenly.
Roll up and cut.
Place the pinwheels on a cookie sheet, spiral side up and bake according to the package.
There you have it, a delicious appetizer that everyone will love.

Chobani Nutella Brownies
Happy National Nutella (and Pancake) Day! What a better way to celebrate, than with a yummy treat!
I mixed packaged brownie mix with 1/2 cup plain Chobani yogurt, 1/2 cup nutella, and 3 tablespoons water until smooth. Bake as directed on the box.
Simple as that, a wonderful way to celebrate National Nutella Day! Or your could just put Nutella on your pancakes!
