I've had a lot of butter-cream frosting during my years, and I must say this is maybe the best butter-cream frosting I've ever had.
2 sticks butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
vanilla extract to taste
Let butter sit until it reaches room temperature. Beat butter and milk with a hand mixer until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar into the butter- milk mixture. Add vanilla extract to taste! Yum!
