Halloween Subway Art

Last night, I got really excited about Halloween browsing the Silhouette Online Store. I especially loved this "Halloween Sampler".

To make, I first manipulated the design to the size of the frame I was using. Then, I printed on heavy card stock and trimmed the edges.

The hardest part was choosing a background color. When did purple become a Halloween color? In the end, I went with a green chevron print.

Centering the subway art on the background color, I glued in place.

A super easy and cute decoration to start off the Halloween season!

Snowman Poop

I saw this cute idea on Pinterest here, and I figured it would be the perfect small gift for my Girl Scouts this year!

First, I cut silver hologram paper to fit around the tic-tac pack, with an extra 3/4 inch to allow for the side fold. Second I stamped a snowman and snowflakes on white sparkle paper and glued it to the hologram paper.

All folded up! I used a clothespin to make straight folds.

On the inside of the paper, I used Mod Podge to adhere ribbon to the card stock.

On the side where the poem is going I glued red card stock.

"Heard you've been naughty, so here's the scoop: all you're getting for Christmas is Snowman Poop!"

Ready for delivery! Such a cute and fun idea for a small gift this holiday season!
